Comment “WELLNESS” for all the product details ☁️

Weekends are when my nervous system feels everything I pushed through during the week. So instead of trying to “reset” all at once, this is what I do to help my body slow down:

☁️ Phone on DND.
Even just 20–30 minutes without notifications makes a bigger difference than I expect every time.

☁️ Deep box breathing.
Exhale: Start by slowly exhaling all the air from your lungs.
Inhale: Gently and slowly inhale through your nose for a count of 4, focusing on filling your lungs and expanding your abdomen.
Hold: Hold your breath for a count of 4.
Exhale: Exhale through your mouth for a count of 4, releasing all air.
Hold: Hold the exhale for a count of 4.
Repeat: Repeat this cycle for 4–5 minutes.

☁️ Red light therapy + vibration plate.
I stack these when I’m short on time. It helps with circulation, lymphatic flow, and honestly just makes my body feel better without effort.
I try to do 10 mins 🙏🏼

☁️ Gentle lymphatic movements.
Not intense. Just enough movement to release that heavy, stuck feeling. I shared my exact routine in one of my previous videos.

☁️ Sheet face mask.
Love this mask matchmaker set that helps me choose my sheet mask depending on how stressed my skin is.

I also use a Good Patch on my wrist to help me unwind — a small thing that signals “rest” to my body.

☁️ Legs up the wall while the mask is on.
This is one of my favorite ways to calm my nervous system and slow everything down.
10 mins is what I aim for.

☁️ Making matcha and sitting still on the couch.
No scrolling. No multitasking. Just sitting in silence.

I don’t do all of this every weekend.
Sometimes I only do one or two of these - and that’s enough.

This isn’t about adding more self-care.
It’s about creating small moments where your body can finally exhale.

Save this for a weekend when you need it 🤍

What I eat for glowing skin at 40 ✨

I used to think glowing skin was mostly about skincare… but the older I get, the more I realize your skin really does reflect what’s happening internally too.

These are some of the things I try to be consistent with:

olive oil + lemon shot
prioritizing protein + healthy fats
matcha in the afternoon instead of more coffee
fermented foods like kimchi
green juices when I need extra nutrients
targeted supplements
lots of water
homemade desserts because balance 🤍
and Korean beauty teas because I’ll try anything for a glow!

Not saying you need to do all of this, but for me, these little daily habits add up — especially when it comes to hydration, inflammation, energy, and that healthy glow from within.

Save this if you’re working on your glow from the inside out ✨

Comment “VAMPIRE SERUM” for details!

I honestly think we’ve been overdoing skincare for years.

Over-exfoliating. Constantly stripping the skin barrier. Using stronger and stronger actives trying to “fix” every little thing.

But lately, I’ve been way more interested in skincare that focuses on skin recovery, visible repair, and longevity instead.

I recently discovered Young Goose, and the technology behind their products is actually very exciting, especially their Vampire Exosomes Serum, which immediately caught my attention.

The whole idea is focused more on supporting the skin’s natural repair and communication processes, rather than aggressively disrupting the skin barrier.

As I’m getting older, I’ve realized my skin doesn’t bounce back the same way it used to, so I’ve become much more interested in products that focus on helping the skin recover better over time.

And I really do think this is where skincare is headed.

I’m 40, a mom of 3, and at this point… I don’t need another wellness trend.

I need things that actually help me feel calmer, less puffy, less overstimulated, and more like myself again.

I went to Reecess in Newport Beach to try their Biothermal Ritual - a guided reset with breathwork, cryotherapy, sauna, and hot + cold plunge pools.

The breathwork was honestly my favorite part because it forced me to slow down before jumping into everything else.

Cryotherapy was intense but weirdly energizing - and no, I did not last very long 😂

And I am definitely not a cold plunge girl, but I totally get why people love the experience.

The whole space felt high-end, intentional, and actually restorative… not just relaxing, but like a real reset.

If you’re in Orange County and you’ve been feeling tired, puffy, overstimulated, or like your body needs a hard reset, this is such a beautiful place to try 🤍

Comment “ROUTINE” for my nighttime product details 🤍

I’m 40, and over the last year I’ve simplified my skincare routine quite a bit. Ironically, that’s when my skin started looking better.

I’ve also been incorporating more Korean skincare lately and have been loving it. My goal isn’t perfect skin - it’s healthy skin that ages as well as possible for as long as possible.

And yes... I’m still trying to delay plastic surgery for as long as I can, even though I’m married to a plastic surgeon 😅

These are the typical steps I follow for my nighttime skincare routine:
☁️ Double cleanse
☁️ Red light therapy
☁️ Hydrating toner
☁️ PDRN
☁️ Retinol (I use prescription tretinoin every other night now)
☁️ Face cream
☁️ Volufiline for trouble areas (around eyes, smile lines)
☁️ Eyelash growth serum
☁️ Hair growth (5% minoxidil treatment)
☁️ Hair oil
☁️ Floss, brush, tongue scrape
☁️ Castor oil
☁️ Face mask (if I need extra hydration)
☁️ Mouth tape
☁️ Hand cream
☁️ Magnesium glycinate and ashwagandha supplements before going to sleep (not shown)
