People never forget how you make them feel. 🫶🏼
Being new to California and not having friends was a hard adjustment at first. 💔
No friends to call and grab coffee with or someone to just yap with. ☕️
I joined a few mom groups and since then have met so many new friends with little ones who are in the same season of life. 👩🏼🍼
I’m thankful for slow Sunday mornings, sipping coffee, talking about life, and going for walks around the neighborhood.🚶🏼♀️➡️
It’s never the big things in life that mean the most, but all the little moments in between.🌿

My fitness journey started my freshman year of high school when I started getting playing time with the varsity basketball team as a little freshman.
I got pushed around every time I played with the varsity team and it pi**ed me off. That’s when I started taking Phormula-1 and Ignition and signed up for a local gym in my hometown.
I started out reading the machines and just eating a bunch of food even though I had no idea what I was doing at the time.
I ended up training and getting in the best shape of my life in order to prepare for D1 track in college.
After a semester of track I resigned. I started doing my own workouts and shortly after was studying to become an RD.
Since then I have been consistent in the gym throughout college, pregnancy, and now two years post partum.
Theirs different seasons of life where some are busier than others, but one thing that has remained constant is making time to workout.
My body has trained for hours a day to 15 minute workouts multiple times a week.
Fitness doesn’t have to be an all or nothing thing you do.
Consistency is key.
Fitness and nutrition are a long game, not a “I need to lose 20lbs before my wedding” and then not workout again for 6 months, etc.
I have shared photos from all different seasons of my life through my fitness journey.
Starting from the high school girl who didn’t have a clue about fitness, to training to be a D1 athlete, to pregnancy, postpartum, and now navigating fitness with a toddler.
