Hey all, I am going to start doing mobile massage. I don’t have cards yet. I thought I would go head and get the word out soon rather than later.

The body is an amazing vehicle that houses our souls. Our body protect us and carries us through every hour of our day. It wants and needs rest and rejuvenation, the mind to slow, blood pressure to drop and lease of tight, sore muscles. Massage promotes healing of the the body, mind, spirit.

I am a great massage therapist with 25 years of experience. I am a myofascial therapist, specializing in pain management, injury correction and prevention. I am trauma informed and have helped many on their journey to healing there bodies through healthy touch. I am trained in breath and energy work, which helps calm the mind, and connect with one’s spirit.

1 hour massage is $130
90 minute massage $190
2 hour massage $230
