The yard is blooming, chairs are back out, and we’re officially in “sunshine hair” season—my favorite.

I’ve also been refreshing the space—more plants, more photos, cozy spring vibes 🌿

Camping + paddleboarding season is coming, and I love when that energy shows up in your hair too!

March is here, and it finally feels like we’re tiptoeing out of winter and into spring 🌷 Longer days, a little more light, and that “fresh start” energy are definitely in the air.

A quick scheduling note: spring break runs March 23–27, so availability may be a bit tighter during that window. If you’re planning travel, kiddo schedules, or just know you’ll need a specific date or time, booking ahead is always appreciated.

I also want to remind everyone about Sunday appointments. If you prefer Sundays and already know you’d like one before I officially release my schedule, you’re always welcome to reach out. I keep a Sunday request list and do my best to accommodate those clients first before opening Sundays to the public.

From a hair perspective, March is a great time for a spring reset—whether that’s a trim to clean up winter dryness, a curl refresh, or a gloss to bring some life back to your color. With spring events, trips, and photo moments right around the corner, now is a perfect time to plan ahead. Weekend spots tend to fill quickly this time of year.

FEBRUARY SCHEDULE UPDATE 🤍

February is all about resetting after the December + January chaos and getting things lined up for spring 🌱

✨ This month’s plan:
• Mondays & Tuesdays in PDX (as usual)
• Fridays in OC
• No Sundays — I worked almost every Sunday in January and am reclaiming a little balance
• Any additional days will be case-by-case as needed

Outside the salon, February is a full one — we’re celebrating Han Solo’s 20th birthday, Princess Buttercup’s 6th, my Bonus Mom’s birthday, Valentines Day and the Super Bowl 🥳

My intention this month is to get household things dialed, admin caught up, and some home projects started so I can head into spring feeling grounded and ready to roll.

I hope everyone’s 2026 is off to a great start 🤍
