Don’t have a boring breakfast!! Spice it up a bit! I always have a light snack of berries & a string cheese before I hit a hard workout, BUT after comes my actual breakfast!!! Today is Protein Packed Oatmeal with Blueberries!!
Ingredients:
Maple & Brown Sugar packet
Organic Super Seeds
Protein Granola
* Sugar Free Syrup
* A handful of Blueberries 🫐
It has all the right healthy fats, carbs and protein to start & keep my body in a burning status right from the beginning of my day! And…. Since I broke down the muscle weightlifting this morning, it will also help my body shed and burn through the fat for the next 24-48 hours!
Mixing nutrition & lifting is going to give you much better results than nutrition & cardio! Although any movement is better than none!!!

Take a walk in the trees & smell the wild air!

There is something magical about nature! The feel, the different smells, the temperature changes, the sun shining on your body or the rain kissing your skin as it falls! It is so good for the heart & soul!
When was the last time you were out in it? And…. If it’s been a while… I encourage you to go get lost somewhere (safely) and just breathe it all in!
