Should you buy ceramic, tourmaline, or titanium??

When buying your heat tools it’s often confusing as to which one to buy.

Ceramic is best for thin to thick hair, Normal to moderately damaged hair and regular use

Ceramic doesn’t always mean great quality. Make sure to skip any coatings and go with the 100% solid ceramic plates so you don’t suffer with chipping plates or hot spots in the tool. Ceramic plates allow for a more even heat distribution and have a lower potential to burn your hair. Be more careful with these tools as ceramic is a softer material and needs to be taken care of more gently.

Tourmaline is best for thin to coarse hair, normal to damaged hair, and regular use

Tourmaline is a semi-precious stone that is crushed and usually fused together or layered on top of ceramic or titanium materials to give you a MEGA negative ion boost. When tourmaline is added to the ceramic it makes the iron glide smoothly down the hair causing less friction than ceramic alone.

Titanium is best for thick to coarse hair, normal hair, and professional use

Titanium is the end all when it comes to stopping frizz and static before it stops. It is as strong as steel but 40% lighter. It heats up incredibly fast and leaves your hair silky smooth. It works best on thick or coarse hair so if you have fine or thin hair be sure to keep it on the lowest heat setting to keep your hair from damage.

And a little secret, make sure to get one with a long cord so you don’t feel tethered to your wall as you do your hair.

We recently had a customer share about her experience at the salon that we want to share.
She has spent the past few years going through an exhausting divorce. Everything that could’ve gone wrong did. Luckily, when she came to see us, everything had just been finalized; a relieving feeling, but she was spent.

Why do red colors fade faster than others? ❣️📍🔺♦

Because red’s have a small molecule size which can wash away more quickly than other shades.

When Allyson had her bright red hair she used a product called “Color Lock” it was the only thing she could find that kept her hair color looking vibrant and beautiful all of the time.

Color Lock is a spray that you can use wet or dry. You must shake it until it sounds thick and then spray throughout the hair. It protects your hair from the environment, heat tools, and all factors that make hair color fade.

It’s not just for red’s though. It’s the perfect product for every color that you want to keep looking fresh.

I love being around them all the time-even though they are getting older and don't want to be around me, lol.��I am fueled by myself, I set goals for myself and am always trying to set them higher and higher. I always want to be learning more.��As someone who is a busy mom but still wants her hair to always look flawless, I love being able to give a low maintenance color for those moms who aren't able to get to the salon every few weeks."
