Life is overwhelming lots of the time, this is true for most of us!

I offer a safe space to unwind, relax and decompress. I will be a listening ear and a calming presence.

A Foot Zoning session can be so many great things. It can be a great foot rub, a therapy session or a time to clear your energy and let go of emotions that are no longer helping you on your journey!

Your body is amazing and it will allow me to find and feel what you are ready to let go of. I believe it does for you exactly what you need, every time.

LUNGS…

Did you know that we have a physical lung and emotional lung?!

Both when experiencing something make it hard for us to breathe…physically can’t breathe or emotionally feel like you can’t catch your breath.

In foot zoning things we may feel in the physical lungs can be asthma, allergies, smoking or COPD and feel crunchy.
Things that are in our emotional lungs are anxiety, overwhelm, panic, sadness, exhaustion and deep grief…in the foot emotion feels thick to move through or tender to the touch.

When working both the physical and emotional lung, we are trying to stretch for better breathing and balance to help release emotions no longer serving our bodies.
