Hair must be clean, fully detangled, and blow-dried unless otherwise discussed.

📌 Late Policy
10–15 minute grace period. After that, appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

📌 No Extra Guests
To ensure a smooth experience, no extra guests unless being serviced.

📌 Remaining Balance
Remaining balance is due at the time of service (preferred payment methods can be listed here).

📌 Rescheduling
Please give at least 24–48 hours notice to reschedule. Deposits are transferable once with proper notice.
