Good evening, friends. John speaking....

This is a bittersweet post for me to write. Here we go...

(Cuz people are scanning and not getting it😄: Please read til the end. We are not closing for good. Just moving. Ok, carry on...😉)

For over 16 years, Hamburger Marys has operated from our 4,400 sq ft store on Church St and to date have served almost 2 million happy souls.We have celebrated more birthdays, engagements, bachelorette parties, weddings and girls or guys night out than we could ever count.

I remember Day #1 back in 2008 when we were so busy and way in over our heads, that I went home at the end of the day, grabbed my dog and cried "What have we done???😭"
I remember the OG's ( the Original Gang) who helped us get through it all and today will always hold a special place in our hearts. They know who they are.

Thank you to all of our team members who are working now or have worked for us on Church St over the years. Simply the best!

So many amazing drag performers who have come through our doors to entertain our guests and allowed us to win so many awards for Best Drag Shows, Bingo, Trivias and Brunches in town.
Special love and hug to Miss Sammy who hosted our first show at Marys. We love and miss him so much.

Downtown Orlando has been great to us. However, times have changed. The hustle and bustle of Downtown Orlando has given way to a sleepy city with few people working downtown and opting for remote, and less traffic in the evenings..

We have spent a lot of time assessing these changes and have decided that it's time to move. Sunday, June 2nd will be our last day at 110 W. Church Street.

We are in negotiations/talks with a couple of venues that we feel will be an excellent fit for our brand. However, if anyone knows of a space that you think looks like a good fit for Marys, we are all ears..

We are excited about what lies ahead and can't wait to share it with you.

If you have a reservation scheduled at Marys after June 2nd, we apologize for not being able to accommodate. Our team will be in touch soon.
