This week, our team got to spend the evening learning from our Color Director and L’Oréal Artist, , in a class inspired by Pantone’s 2026 Color of the Year: Cloud Dancer ☁️

Soft, airy, cloud-like blonde may look effortless when it is finished, but behind the chair, there is so much intention in every step!

Using color and blonding systems, Miranda walked the team through how to approach this kind of soft brightness with more confidence, from placement and lift to tone, refinement, and keeping the hair healthy through the process.
