Heyyyyyy Friday 👋🏽 !!!! I’ve been waiting for you 🧡!!! Fridays can mean different things to us all. It can be the end of the week, the beginning of the weekend, the closure of a season, the reset, anything that you decide it means for you. Today, it’s a day of awareness, of taking inventory of what I need, of what moves me, what serves me, and what fills me up. I do hard things regularly, to serve and show up, today I get to be soft for me. Happy Friday Boo’s!! Did you move today?

It ALL counts 🙌🏾! I closed my rings before I left my ER shift 💪🏽, then walked up the garage steps 3 levels instead of taking the elevator. Needed to come down and settle into me so I gifted myself a 20 min stretch in the sauna at 127 degrees 🧖🏽‍♀️. Today was my recovery day, I did strength training yesterday. I will meditate and pray before bed to usher in goodness for tomorrow ✨ . You get to decide what movement, motion, action, recovery, intention and peace look like for you. ♥️

That pre-shift 👩🏽‍⚕️ power 💪🏽🔥!! Who are you before you get to work? Before the noise and the demands? Before the outpouring? Pour into yourself, acknowledge you for you….you’ll be with you 💯 % of your days so choose to love you ❤️.
