Hey friends!
Here’s a tip that is affordable and that makes a HUGE difference in hair health. Not only does it help reduce breakage and frizz it also helps retain moisture in your hair for hydrated hair. Bonus points that it helps prevent acne, clogged pores, and has a nice cooling sensation to lay on!
I recommend getting the silk sheets too, but the pillowcases are a great place to start🫶🏻🫶🏻
