Here are all the burning questions we get asked all the time!! 🔥🔥

What is a Brazilian Wax?
A Brazilian wax removes all or most of the hair in the intimate area, including the front, sides, and back. You can choose to leave a strip, triangle, or go completely bare — whatever makes you feel most comfortable!

How long does the hair need to be?
The general rule of thumb is about the length of a grain of rice (if you can pinch it, we can wax it).

Does it hurt?
Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but we can guarantee it’s not as bad as you think! It’s all about the anticipation. If you’re worried about pain, you can take a Tylenol 30–60 minutes prior to your appointment. We also start with the bikini line so if you decide that’s enough, at least a full service has been completed!

Can I get waxed on my period?
Absolutely! We just ask that you have a tampon in. We also have wipes and fresh tampons in both bathrooms if you need to freshen up.

Is waxing pregnancy safe?
Yes, it is! We do our best to accommodate pregnant clients and make the experience as comfortable as possible.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
Gently exfoliate the day before, take a shower before your scheduled appointment, and come in loose, comfortable clothing. (Extra points if you wear cotton underwear when getting an intimate wax!)

What should I do after my wax?
Avoid heat, excessive sweating (working out, saunas, steam rooms, etc.), pools, sunbathing, tight clothing, and intimacy for 24–48 hours.
Exfoliate 2–3x per week once the hair starts to grow back.
Use an ingrown hair serum daily to keep your skin hydrated (products available at the spa).

How often should I wax?
Every 4–6 weeks is ideal to keep hair growth cycles consistent and make waxing easier over time!
