Week 2! Very interesting, actually more people than I thought can ice skate.
It seems like if you start young it’s more likely for you to be good 🤷🏻‍♀️

My answer: yes I can ice skate, without holding onto the wall. Even being from Florida. But I think my roller skating skills transfer.

I ask a lot of random questions in my chair, so I figured I should ask all my clients for a week and document the answers! ☺️
I plan to keep asking these random questions, if you have a recommendation let me know!

The mixed feelings was most clients- wanting a bite of proportionate meat and fat ratio, not minding the fat but not eating it by itself.

For this question I learned a lot about cooking meat and how passionate some of my clients are about having a good steak!

My personal answer is yes, I love the fat and I will take yours if you cut it off 😆
