Same symptoms. Different questions.

Traditional medicine often asks:

What is the diagnosis?

Integrative medicine also asks:

Why is this happening?

Symptoms rarely exist in isolation.

Fatigue. Brain fog. Hormonal changes. Chronic inflammation. Autoimmunity.

These experiences can be influenced by nutrition, stress, sleep, environmental exposures, immune function, and other interconnected factors.

At in2GREAT, we're interested in more than naming a condition. We're interested in understanding the patterns and contributors that may be influencing how you feel.

The diagnosis matters.

Understanding the ""why"" matters, too. That's where we come in.

What Does Mindfulness Have to Do With Medicine?

More than you might think.

When people hear the word ""mindfulness,"" they often think of meditation or stress relief.

At in2GREAT, mindfulness is also about awareness.

Awareness of your energy, sleep, digestion, mood, and recovery.

The body is constantly communicating.

Fatigue. Brain fog. Poor recovery. New sensitivities. Persistent inflammation.

These symptoms don't always appear randomly. They can be signals that something in the body's internal environment has shifted.

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to those signals instead of ignoring them.

Sometimes the first step isn't doing more. It's noticing more.

When you notice the patterns, you can begin asking better questions about why they're happening in the first place.

At in2GREAT Integrative Health, we meet many patients who simply want answers and someone willing to listen.

Our goal is to help patients move beyond symptom management and toward understanding what's happening beneath the surface, so they can feel more energized, more resilient, and more like themselves again.

Many of the patients who walk through our doors aren't looking for perfection.

They're looking for themselves again.

The energy to enjoy time with family.
The ability to keep up with life's demands.
The chance to wake up feeling like their body is working with them, not against them.

Often, they've spent months or even years searching for answers and still don't feel their best.

At in2GREAT Integrative Health, we believe feeling well matters. We take the time to listen, look deeper, and help patients uncover the factors that may be standing in the way of their health.

Every review is a reminder of why we do what we do.

Thank you, April, for trusting Dr. Priest and the in2GREAT Integrative Health team with your health journey.

Many people spend years searching for answers to symptoms like fatigue, hormone imbalances, digestive concerns, and simply not feeling like themselves. They often leave appointments feeling unheard, rushed, or without a clear plan.

Our goal is different.

We believe in taking the time to listen, looking deeper, and helping patients uncover the factors that may be contributing to their symptoms so they can move toward better health and a better quality of life.

If you've been told your symptoms are ""normal"" or feel like you've run out of options, know that there may be another path forward.

Thank you again, April, for your kind words and for allowing us to be part of your healing journey.

Summer Is Supposed to Feel Energizing.

So why are you dragging yourself through the day?

Many people blame the heat, travel, late nights, or busy schedules for fatigue, brain fog, headaches, poor sleep, and low motivation.

But what if summer isn't causing the problem?

What if it's revealing it?

At in2GREAT, we believe symptoms are rarely random. They are often signs that the body's terrain, its internal environment of immune function, inflammation, mitochondrial health, detoxification capacity, hormones, and nervous system balance, has become overwhelmed.

When the terrain is resilient, the body adapts.

When the terrain is compromised, seemingly small stressors can become the tipping point.

Sometimes ""summer fatigue"" is not simply a consequence of a busy season. It may be your body signaling that something deeper has been brewing beneath the surface all along.

The question isn't, ""How do we push through the symptoms?""

The question is, ""What changed in the terrain that allowed them to appear?""

That's where the investigation begins.

IV Nutrition Therapy has become increasingly popular, but hydration is only part of the story.

Targeted nutrients may help support energy, recovery, hydration, immune function, and overall wellness.

At in2GREAT, IV therapy is viewed as one tool within a much larger conversation.

Fatigue. Brain fog. Poor recovery. Low resilience.

These symptoms are often signals that something deeper may be influencing how the body is functioning.

That's why we don't stop at the IV.

We ask bigger questions.

Why has energy changed?

What stressors may be affecting the system?

What factors could be contributing to how you feel?

The goal isn't simply to recharge for the day.

It's to better understand why the battery has been running low in the first place.

"Red. White. Blue. And Real Food.

This holiday, don't worry about eating perfectly.

Focus on building a plate that helps you feel as good as the day is meant to be.Red. White. Blue. And Real Food.

The 4th of July is filled with family, friends, and food.

While there's nothing wrong with enjoying your holiday favorites, it's also a great opportunity to include foods that help support your health:

🍓 Strawberries rich in vitamin C

🍉 Watermelon for hydration

🥩 Quality protein to support energy and recovery

🥗 Fresh summer vegetables loaded with nutrients

Healthy eating isn't about having a perfect plate. It's about creating balance and giving your body the nutrients it needs to thrive.

This holiday, don't worry about eating perfectly.

Focus on building a plate that helps you feel as good as the day is meant to be."

"Healing and recovery are not always just about “getting through it.”

Sometimes the body needs better support at the cellular level.

Exosome therapy is part of a growing regenerative medicine conversation focused on cellular communication, repair, recovery, and how the body functions over time.

Exosomes act like messengers between cells, helping support how the body responds to inflammation, stress, recovery, and tissue signaling.

That is why regenerative therapies are drawing attention in conversations around longevity, performance, recovery, cognitive support, and overall wellness optimization.

The goal is not to simply mask symptoms.

It is to support how the body functions beneath them.

Histamine issues are often bigger than allergies.

For some people, histamine overload and chronic inflammation can affect the nervous system, digestion, sleep, skin, energy, and the way the body responds to stress.

This does not mean anxiety is not real. It means the body may be giving clues that deserve a closer look.
