Curious how you should prepare for your lip filler appointment? 💋Schedule your injection at a time when minor swelling or bruising will not disrupt your social obligations. 💋Dermal fillers must not be administered if you have had any vaccines, immunizations, procedures, illnesses, or dental work in the past two weeks and for an additional two weeks after fillers. **Crowns and implants please wait 4 weeks** 💋Please avoid all blood-thinning medications and supplements for one week prior to your appointment. 💋Do not drink alcoholic beverages 24 hours before or after your treatment to avoid extra bruising. 💋We ask that you wait 24-48 hours post injections to fly. The pressurized cabin environment can exacerbate swelling and bruising. 💋Avoid topical products such as Tretinoin (Retin-A) retinols, retinoids, glycolic acid, alpha hydroxy acid, or any "anti-aging" products for two days before and after treatment. 💋Come to your appointment with a clean face. **This means NO MAKEUP** 💋Eat a small meal or a snack before your appointment.

Another day another set of pretty lips!

This beautiful client of mine had tried a lip flip a while back and while she liked the results, it didn't quite give her what she was wanting.

She was a little nervous about getting lip filler but after talking through the process with her, she was excited and ready to do the dang thing! It was a near pain free experience using a dental block to numb and we used Restylane to give her the perfect pout 💋
