When I meet with couples in my office, two things happen. The couples come seeking help because they have become disconnected without realizing it, and they often seek help when they are already on the brink of divorce.

There are no perfect couples, but prevention is very important to maintain a healthy marriage. Especially if parents take care of themselves, their children will be emotionally healthy.

Dedicate time as a couple = add health.

So bring your Yoga Mat, beach chairs, blanket, cushions, water, and we will take care of the rest!
