It’s been a year and 2 days since I signed up for weigh watchers. I don’t use a scale so not sure how much weight I have lost. I am now into most of my old clothes and finally able to wear my wedding ring again. The goal wasn’t a number on the scale it was to feel healthy and have energy again.
It has been one of the hardest things I have ever done to be determined and not give up!!!At my age it has been so difficult and SLOWWWW to get the weight off! John has been so supportive and the girls as well. Even if they make fun of what I eat. lol!
I’m not posting for attention I’m posting to encourage others they can do it as well! Don’t put it off. Start today!
