4 Level Balance Challenge🔥

⚖️Save and try these VORc Progressions to train the connection between the visual system, vestibular system, proprioception, and cerebellum all at once.

As the stance changes, the neurological demand changes. This improves how efficiently your brain and nervous system process movement, stability, orientation, and visual information under different levels of challenge. 🧠

🔹 Level 1: Neutral stance
Stable base of support. Great for learning mechanics, visual tracking, vestibular coordination, and improving head/eye movement control.

🔹 Level 2: Feet together / sharpened stance
Narrowing the base increases postural demand and forces the nervous system to rely more heavily on vestibular and proprioceptive input.

🔹 Level 3: Gait stance / walking stance
Adds a more athletic and functional component. Helps challenge weight transfer, coordination, gait mechanics, and dynamic stabilization.

🔹 Level 4: Single leg stance
Highest level of stability demand. Increased activation of the foot, ankle, hip, core, visual and vestibular systems while improving balance, reaction time, and spatial awareness.

These types of drills can help improve:
✅ Balance & coordination
✅ Vestibular function
✅ Visual processing
✅ Fall Prevention
✅ Athletic performance
✅ Stability & posture
✅ Nervous system adaptability

This is the exact progression system I use in my app with step-by-step coaching, programming, and neurological drills designed to improve movement quality and performance.
