🦋 Why I Chose the Butterfly 🦋

When I represented Florida at the Ms USA Universe 2026 pageant, I chose a butterfly costume for a special reason.

The butterfly symbolizes transformation, resilience, freedom, and the beauty that emerges after overcoming challenges. My own journey has also been one of transformation - from Ukraine and Crimea to building a new life, creating a business, and pursuing my dreams in Florida.

This choice is even more meaningful because Palm Coast - the city I proudly call home - has a strong connection to butterflies. Our community supports butterfly conservation, creates butterfly gardens, and celebrates these beautiful pollinators that help Florida’s natural ecosystem thrive.

Butterflies remind us that growth takes time. They begin life in a completely different form before gaining the ability to fly.

This message is very personal to me.

Every challenge we overcome, every obstacle we face, and every dream we continue to pursue becomes part of our wings.

As Ms USA Universe 2026, I chose the butterfly because it represents hope, transformation, and the courage to become who we are meant to be.

Second day of the beauty pageant ✨


One of the most magical moments for me was the evening gown competition ✨ Walking the stage in a glamorous gown under the lights felt truly surreal.

Later, we had a special photoshoot inspired by the iconic Victoria’s Secret style with angel wings 🪽
It was such a beautiful experience — feminine, elegant, and full of confidence.

Every day of this journey reminds me that dreams really can come true when you believe in yourself and keep going no matter what 🤍✨

The second day of the beauty pageant started for me at 3 AM ✨

My girls and came from Jacksonville early in the morning to do my hair and makeup. Thank you so much, girls 🤍

I also want to express my huge gratitude to .with.love_ , who altered all of my outfits for the beauty pageant! Because of her, my evening gowns and competition looks fit me perfectly ✨

At 7:00 AM we had our first judged appearance - a red carpet walk by the pool. After that, we had the Parade of Nations, where we walked with flags representing different countries and states. It was such a beautiful and unforgettable experience 🇺🇸✨

A few hours later, we were taken to a filming location for two more photo and video sessions. We filmed in evening gowns, and after that we had a Victoria’s Secret-style photoshoot with wings 🪽 I’ll show more in my next posts 😉

It was one of the busiest and most exhausting days of the competition - but also one of the most beautiful and memorable ✨

I am inspired by the beauty of ornaments, geometry, and decorative line work found in different cultures around the world.
I do not copy traditional symbols or use sacred meanings - I create original compositions adapted specifically to the shape of the eyebrow.

For me, this is about aesthetics, rhythm of lines, and art in the smallest details.
