Preparing for our Gua Sha workshop with Ara Pilates ✨
This sit-down, hands-on class is about learning the technique and flow, and building healthy habits together
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork led by licensed massage therapist Melyssa to help open up the lymphatic system, then move into a full Gua Sha “how-to” so you feel confident taking this ritual home. These types of events are SO MUCH FUN - and I can't wait to connect and bring more community together, one of my goals for this year!
