You have not heard anything from Sabio since March of this year. In march my husband, the driving force behind Sabio Energetic Wellness suffered a heart attack and the paramedics were unable to revive him. Needles to say I have been in mourning and have had to take on roles my husband filled in his time. I cannot replace him, I will not ever even try. I have however decided to learn what he studied so diligently as I reach out to my community and prepare to open to the public and serve you in your goal to better health and wellness. Times have been difficult for all of us some of you, like me, have lost loved ones and for that I am deeply saddened. I hope that as we take steps to get back to each other, back to community that you will once more allow me to help you reach your goals to let go of the pain, improve your sleep, strengthen your immune system and reduce your stress so that joy becomes not only attainable but part of your every day life.

This week we will be deep cleaning, reorganizing, checking our systems and sanitizing the office for your safety and ours. There will be some changes to maintain compliance with health department guidelines and we will be operating by appointment only to insure safety.

I hope that this post finds you all well and healthy as we start a process to get back to our routines and work. For some of us the world will never be the same, most especially for those of us who like myself have lost a loved one. I stand with you in your time of mourning and hope that you have the courage to go on and find joy.

A lot has happened since Sabio Energetic Wellness and most businesses shut down to help flatten the curve. There are now more stringent sanitary requirements than before. Sabio is busy putting the new sanitary requirements into place and getting ready to once again serve the community. We will begin operating on an appointment only basis as of Monday 18.
