Working extra hard on this rainy Friday!

My uncle Steve passed away Thursday September 16 and the funeral was Thursday September 23. This was not something anyone was prepared for. It has been a weird (for lack of better word) week. Everyone loved Steve. Everyone knew Steve. You couldn’t not be happy around Steve. Before retiring Steve worked for Sherwin-Williams which I thought was the coolest thing. I was always hitting him up for tips and tricks or running my latest Paint combinations past him. I never thought he could get any cooler than he already was until his wife and he started a nursery. My hero. He got paid to be with my 2 favorite things. Paint and plants. I loved talking plants with Steve. I loved talking anything with Steve. He would just laugh at me for trying it the way I tried it and then tell me the better way to go about it and make sure I understood and tell me to call him if I had any questions along the way. It’s true What they say if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.
