Shampoo day again!! As you may know my hair is getting pretty long, like to the point where I can almost live out my LOTR elven princess fantasy. 🧝🏼‍♀️😄 BUT if I want to keep my ends in good shape I need to use a hair mask every week and a half or so (which is only every 3 shampoos right now lol) Below I’m attaching three great options that we currently have in the salon! (Right now I’m using the Wella Fusionplex mask bc my ends need some extra lovin!) We have someone in the salon periodically through the day to take orders so if no one is there leave a message and someone will call back!! 402-592-0026 we are doing pickup times and delivery!!! 💜🧝🏼‍♀️💜

Today is SHAMPOO DAY!!!!! Since it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS out, I’m going to let my hair air dry!! And I’m only going to put two products in my hair! Right after doing a little towel dry I do a quick spritz of my Milkshake leave in conditioner. It helps to maintain the moisture in my hair while also detangling my ends (that need the extra love). Once I finish combing, I spray Wella’s Sugar lift spray to give my hair some good beach like texture once it’s dry!

After being home for the last few weeks, I have FULLY embraced low maintenance hair 💜 I have noticed however if I use ZERO product, it definitely feels greasy after day 1! I wanted to share with you a couple of my go-to products for keeping my shampoo days at a minimum! 😂
The first one is the Aquage dry shampoo. Once my hair is dry, I just spray at the base of my hair all around my crown and above my temples! I then massage it in a little and am done!
The second one is typically used to add lived in volume. While I live for the extra OOMPH it gives my hair, it also absorbs oils from the scalp! So again, once my hair is dry I sprinkle a little at the crown and above the temples in sections! Again massaging it a little and BAM!! I’m good to not shampoo for at least three days!!! 🤪💜

I know that I have been a bit silent the last few days, I have been slowly collecting my thoughts and preparing to stay close to home. As you may know, we have been mandated to close up shop until April 30th. This is a stressful time for everyone, but just know that when this is all over, I will be here for you all!!!! We are currently getting ahold of everyone to reschedule appointments, so if you haven’t heard from us yet, don’t worry it is just taking a little while. We will have someone in the salon for a short time each day to check voicemails etc, so if you need to get ahold of the salon you can leave a message otherwise you are ALWAYS welcome to send me a message as well. I plan to post on here periodically with some ideas to help you get through this uncertain time, so if you had something in mind let me know!!! 💗💗💗 I seriously love you guys and can’t wait to see you all again on the other side of this thing!!!!!

With keeping the health of everyone in mind, I kindly ask that if you feel under the weather, please let me know or call the salon and I will happily reschedule your appointment. I see many people a day, all ages and health backgrounds so please help me to reduce and prevent the spread of Cold, Flu, and Covid-19. I’d ask that you avoid bringing extra people along to help with this as well.
In the meantime, I am disinfecting my chair as well as my station between each appointment to make sure that each one of you feels comfortable as well as confident while receiving services with me.
