When people Google “Pink Cadillac” this is one of the iconic pictures that comes up. Today I read the story behind this picture and I wanted to share.

This woman - Lovie Quinn was a personal friend of Mary Kay Ash, and she followed her into Mary Kay Cosmetics to find security after a divorce left her with five children to raise as a single mom.

Lovie did not have a car of her own, and she had to rely on family and friends for transportation as she was building her Mary Kay business.

She was one of the first five sales directors ever to earn the use of a pink Cadillac in 1969!
It was her very first car and she EARNED the use of it!!

This is the picture taken of her as she ran past her friend Mary Kay Ash on the stage and passionately kissed the Cadillac 🥰🥰🥰
