The love and support was overwhelming! I’m so glad everyone came and was able to have a good time even with being in the heat!
I had so much fun meeting and moving with you all and I look forward to doing it again with more events like this!

Yoga taught me to stay when everything in me wanted to run.
Yoga showed me exactly what needed to change in my life.
Yoga gave me my voice. & with it, my community.
Yoga changed me. & it was necessary.
Yoga gave me a language for everything I couldn’t explain before.
The burn, the breath, the surrender. It’s all connected.
