I been pouring back into me. 💙
This past Sunday, a friend and I attended my cousin Aaron Hill's very first Finding Calm Together: 5M Piano Sound Bath & Nervous System Reset, an experience he thoughtfully created and coordinated—and he did an amazing job.
For one hour, we unplugged from the noise of everyday life.
We stretched, breathed, reflected, relaxed... and yes, my friend and I chose to lay on yoga mats instead of sitting in a chair like the other guests (getting back up was another story! 😂).
Aaron is not only my cousin—he's also a talented musician, author, stretch instructor, and someone who's passionate about helping others care for their mind, body, and spirit. His heart for helping people was evident throughout the entire experience.
What made it even more special was seeing so many people of all ages leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected. It was a beautiful reminder that self-care isn't selfish—it's necessary.
As for me? I walked away with less tension, more clarity, and memories of joyful moments that filled my heart with gratitude. I truly left feeling lighter, happier, and like nothing could steal my joy for the rest of the day.

Sometimes, the greatest gift we can give ourselves is simply the permission to pause.
