Please join us as we host another EZ run + strength clinic, Saturday Nov 5th.
This event will be held at gym located in beautiful Monrovia.
No matter what your pace or conditioning level may be, we encourage you to come join us.
Every pace has a place. Come solo or bring a friend, everyone is welcome.
Rumor has it we will also have some awesome co hosts in the building, will be offering chair messages, and
will have ice baths and compression therapy available to help with recovery and elevating mood to lead into the weekend.

We talked, I worked, he breathed deep, and together a lot of tension was released. 🕊 So often our spirits are burdened by the weight our bodies carry. My beloved classmate Viviana’s partner was involved in a critical car accident on Saturday. His airbag did not deploy so he sustained head trauma and will remain in the hospital until he is stable and recovered from reconstructive surgery.
