📃 ИНГРИДИЕНТЫ:

▶️ Сахар — 430 г
▶️ Сливочное масло — 220 г
▶️ Куриное яйцо — 2 штуки
▶️ Пшеничная мука — 140 г
▶️ Агар-агар — 7 г
▶️ Вода — 130 мл
▶️ Яичный белок — 2 штуки
▶️ Сгущенное молоко — 100 г
▶️ Ликер Baileys — 5 чайных ложек

1) Масло взбить с сахаром, пока масса не станет светлой и воздушной. Ввести по одному яйца, а после добавить муку. Сформировать «Птичье молоко» под маленькие формы для конфет, но можно и под форму для запекания, просто потом нарезать конфеты нужного размера.
2) Отправить на 10–15 минут в духовку. Агар-агар залить водой и оставить на 10 минут. Поставить на огонь и довести до кипения, добавить сахар и продолжать греть. Довести до кипения и уварить массу, постоянно помешивая.
3) Готовность проверять ложкой: окунать в смесь и смотреть, как она стекает; когда начнет литься тонкой непрерывной струйкой, можно снимать с огня.
4) Взбить белки в устойчивую пену и влить тонкой струйкой сироп, увеличивая скорость миксера или помешивания.
5) Когда весь сироп введен, добавить сгущенку и мягкое масло и все хорошо взбить еще раз. Работать венчиком очень быстро, чтобы масса загустела.
6) Далее собрать «Птичье молоко»: корж, сверху суфле, отправить в холод и после залить сверху шоколадом. В растопленный шоколад добавить 5 чайных ложек ликера Baileys.
