💖Hello, from Platinum Pearl Hair Salon! I wanted to share my updated booking policies to make scheduling smooth and fair for everyone:

💖 All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
💖 Late cancellations & no-shows (less than 24 hours) – require a 50% of service deposit (non-refundable, goes toward your service)
💖 If needing to reschedule at anytime before the 24hrs within policy requirements:
💖 1st reschedule – no fee (your given grace, life happens)
💖 2nd reschedule – 50% deposit (non-refundable, goes toward your service)
💖 3rd reschedule – full prepayment required (non-refundable)
💖 Deposits and prepayments can be sent via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay

This past weekend, catastrophic floods devastated parts of the Hill Country, impacting families, businesses, and communities near our locations. We want our members, partners, and neighbors to know: we see you, we’re with you, and we’re here to help however we can.

As a Texas-based company, this tragedy hits close to home. We’ve made a donation to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund to support all those affected.

If you feel moved to help, we invite you to give. In moments like this, empathy matters. So does action.
