It’s Tuesday and that means it’s time for The Trading Post 🤠✨

Today’s view at The Trading Post is hat-making.

Every hat starts as a blank canvas. From choosing leather patches and gathering supplies to designing hat bands, painting, and adding the finishing details, each one goes through its own creative journey before it’s ready to wear.

I still have a stack of blank hats waiting their turn, plenty of ideas swirling around, and a workbench that’s been getting a workout lately—and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I can’t wait to share the finished designs with you.

This week’s studio creations are a little colorful, a little western, and definitely one of a kind.

I started with two simple trucker hats and gave each one its own personality with painted details, Macee Rose Trading Company leather patches, and decorative hat bands.

☀️ Sunshine & Turquoise is bright, playful, and made for anyone who believes more color is always a good idea.

🏜️ Desert Patina blends warm orange and turquoise tones with a silver concho band for a more rugged, western feel.
