Restore & Receive: A Sensory Healing Experience
Restore & Receive is a deeply calming, slow-paced yoga experience designed to help you release, reset, and simply be. This gentle, floor-based practice blends restorative postures with guided breathwork, soothing sound healing, and subtle aromatherapy to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.
Each class is intentionally curated to invite rest and restoration rather than effort. As you settle into supported poses, healing sound vibrations wash over the body, while carefully selected essential oils help calm the mind and ground the senses. Gentle hands-on or energetic Reiki support may be offered throughout the class to encourage balance, ease, and a sense of safety in the body.
This experience is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stressed, depleted, or in need of intentional self-care. No prior yoga experience is required — just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
