Single leg stability ball bridges , Advanced exercise. One leg make both strength and stability more difficult try this exercise !

Step ups with weight overhead !! This requires additional core strength along with upper body strength balance and stability while increasing leg straight !! Again acknowledging the effort that my clients make to do their very best every set every rep it’s a privilege to work with the people I do

Overhead weighted step ups utilize Core strength balance stabilization and of course use quadriceps ! This is a great exercise !

Making Burpee’s just a little more challenging.. this client worked extremely hard all the time so fortunate to have people that are willing to do the work !!!

Rear reverse fly. Excellent exercise focus on rear deltoids . For most people is the weakest of the three shoulder muscle. Proper form ,proper technique, proper mind body connection. This is what an excellent trainer teaches you and hold you accountable to. As well as a good online coach .. let’s do the work let’s make those gains.
