Meet “Rosalie.” She contacted me about two months ago for a virtual extension consultation. She told me she was calling from a work release program and was set to be done in October. We talked about hair goals for a few minutes and then decided on a game plan. She was going to fly into Pensacola right after her release and come right to my salon suite. I was so excited to hear her story. That’s my favorite part of my job is meeting new people and hearing them share their “where they came from and where they’re going” stories. Rosalie arrived at 2pm on Friday and I immediately welcomed her into the salon and sat her down to get started. I didn’t waste any time asking permission to tell her story and she was more than happy to share. I love stories of transformation because I’m a transformation specialist.
