A new study in Neuroscience of Consciousness followed 75 people with anxiety and depression through six float sessions.

A Quick Policy Update 💙

We want to say thank you for continuing to support our small business. Because of you, our schedule has grown tremendously and we are now consistently booking appointments up to two weeks in advance. We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve such an amazing community.

With that growth, we have also seen an increase in last minute cancellations, late reschedules, and no shows. While we completely understand that unexpected things happen, these changes can have a bigger impact than many people realize.

When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, it often means another client who was hoping for that time slot no longer has the opportunity to book. It also impacts our float consultants who have set aside that time, prepared for your visit, and are expecting to care for you during your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals can also affect the flow of the entire day, especially when we have clients scheduled back to back. We want to provide every guest with the calm, relaxing experience they deserve, and staying on schedule helps us do that.

Because of this, our cancellation, late rescheduling, and no show fees will now be applied consistently to all appointments.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow. This policy isn’t meant to be a punishment, it allows us to respect our clients, our team, and the time that goes into creating the best float experience possible.
