One of the most common questions we get!

The answer depends on your hair goals, but here’s a general guide:
✨ Every 6–8 weeks: If you’re maintaining a short haircut or trying to keep your ends looking extra healthy.
✨ Every 8–12 weeks: If you have long hair and want to maintain your length while preventing split ends from traveling up the hair shaft.
✨ Every 12–16 weeks: If you’re growing your hair out and your ends are still healthy.

The truth? Trims don’t make your hair grow faster but they do help keep your hair looking fuller, healthier, and prevent breakage that can make it seem like your hair isn’t growing.
