Thanks for the comments folks! 'Tis true, the low-inflammation diet is pretty accommodating! So I woke up this morning feeling a little "lighter". Translation: I didn't feel like I had a weight-ball filled with heaviness and air sitting in my stomach. Breakfast: I have totally been jiving with the "Think Thin High Protein Oatmeal." It tastes pretty good, has a nice amount of protein and keeps me feeling fuller, not heavier. [ 215 more words ]
