As I’m sure most of you have seen... Peoria is now requiring face masks in areas where social distancing isn’t possible. The salon is one of those places. Moving forward I’m asking everyone to keep a mask on for the duration of their appointment. I know this isn’t ideal, but let’s do what we can to help slow this down so we can move back to normal.

I’m so excited to finally announce the opening of Sass & Class!!! With everything we have all experienced in this Covid-19 situation you can imagine things are going to be different for awhile. Here are some changes I will be making in the salon to ensure everyone’s safety and health

-Increase in cleaning and sanitation procedures. Please know that hair stylists go through a tremendous amount of education on sanitation, that a majority of our state board testing. I will be alloting extra time between clients to wipe down and sanitize my space.

-I will be wearing a mask and ask you to do the same for now if possible. If you have a cloth mask please wear that into the building and I will supply a disposable mask. If you’re able to bring a disposable that would be appreciated.

-Please wait in your car when you arrive. I will text you when I am ready for you to come in.

-I ask that you do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.

-If you have been feeling ill or have a temperature please reschedule your appointment.

-I have relocated my room. Please still come through the same double door entry, turn right and I’m the very first door on the right. Suite 17

-If you are a cash paying client and can come to your appointment with exact change, please do so. I will still have change on hand, but I know some are trying to avoid cash exchange.

As I’m sure you have all heard we get to open salons Friday 8th! I’ll be in touch. Bare with me, the list is long!

Hi all!!! As I’m sure most of you have already heard, Arizona’s orders have been extended to May 15th. There is no date specifically for when salons can open. It could be before the 15th. Or if we get extended again it could potentially be after. Please know that I am dying inside not being able to be with you all during this time! I love being home with my family, but I miss my passion/‘job’ so much it hurts! I cannot wait to hear the words ‘salons can open’. And when I do, please watch for the phone call, I will be reaching out to get everyone in 🙂. I miss you guys!! Hope you are all doing well! xoxo

UPDATE- As of today, 4/22/20, we are still unsure if salons will be able to reopen on May 1st. Governor Ducey will speak again when he has a better idea of what he wants to open next. Once we get the go ahead to open I will be back to work. That is of course with some new changes. When I have a solid date on opening please know I am going to start at the top of my cancellation list and work my way down. This list is about 80 people long. I will be putting in many more days and hours on my schedule to accommodate everyone and get you in as quickly as possible. Please be patient with me getting that schedule set and know that I will be contacting you.
I absolutely miss working and seeing each and every one of you! This has been one of the hardest things for me to do. Not talk! Lol. But seriously, I appreciate you all and am anxiously awaiting opening day!

Just as everything was falling apart around us an opportunity came to me at my home M3 salon suites! The suite I started in at M3 with Jesse came avail and I snagged it right up! I’m back to having daylight in my day to day life! And a little extra space. I moved in with the furniture I have but fully expect to do a whole revamp in a few months when business is back to usual! I can’t wait to share my new space with you all!!

Safety has to be a priority these days. It’s a very hard decision to make, but at this time I will be closing the salon for 2 weeks. As we reach the 2 week mark I will re-evaluate if I can open or if the need to stay closed is there. In my position I am unable to obtain a 6 ft distance from clients. I want to keep you all safe, as well as keeping my self and family safe. I know this may pose an issue with some appointments. I will be in touch and when this blows over please rest assured I will be working long days to ensure everyone gets in ASAP. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. I know everyone is going through their own ways of coping through this covid-19 thing. As of right now I’m going to stay closed through at least mid week of this coming week. I will be in touch with anyone who is currently on my schedule on the days I won’t be working.

In the meantime... please don’t color or cut your own hair. This could result in a color correction which is a much more intensive appointment than you’re used to! And expensive! We are all in the same boat. Just hang in there and I will get you in as soon as I can get back up and running.
