A Message to Our Perrydise Family,

We would like to take a moment to address a recent review and share some additional context with our customers.

First and foremost, Perrydise is a locally owned, family-operated business. We take great pride in the experiences we create for our guests, and we take all feedback seriously because it helps us grow, improve, and continue providing memorable experiences for the families we serve.

Upon receiving this feedback, we personally reached out to the client in an effort to resolve the concerns directly and even offered a refund for the service. Unfortunately, the offer was declined. Nevertheless, we remain committed to listening to our clients and continually improving our services.

Based on our communication with the client, the primary concerns involved the nail polish and hair tinsel used during the event. We have transitioned to clip-in tinsel for these specific events to better accommodate varying hair types and school regulations. Additionally, because we prioritize the safety and comfort of our younger guests, we do not currently use gel polish systems due to the heat sensitivity associated with the curing process. We recognize that traditional polish can be challenging with little hands on the move, so we are upgrading to a faster-drying formula to improve the experience moving forward.

Following a review of our available surveillance footage and staff feedback, our understanding of the overall event experience differed from the concerns raised about these specific products. Our team observed the girls enjoying themselves, and some even shared that it was the “best day ever!” The client also acknowledged that the overall party experience and staff interactions were positive, with the concerns centered primarily on the products provided.

We share this not to dismiss anyone’s concerns, but to provide context and demonstrate that we have taken the feedback seriously and are actively working to improve where we can.

As a small, family-owned business, every review matters. We understand that not every experience will meet every expectation, and we welcome constructive feedback. We simply ask that, whenever possible, businesses be given the opportunity to address concerns directly before they become public. Open communication allows us to understand the issue, work toward a resolution, and make meaningful improvements for future guests.

Our goal has always been to approach concerns with grace, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make things right. We are grateful for every family who chooses to celebrate with us and for the opportunity to continue creating the special memories that make Perrydise what it is.
