but have been exposed to the business, through family, most of my life. I opened The Beauty Lounge in 2007 with the help of my wonderful husband Jason. Since graduating from beauty school, I have continued to further my education in the industry by attending classes from Pivot Point International, Aveda, Paul Mitchell, Star Nail International, Creative Nail, and Cuccio' Naturale to name a few. In 2002, I became a Redken Specialist and am currently one of the top 6 educators in the country
for Star Nail International and Cuccio' Naturale. I have also been featured numerous times in Nails Magazine and Nail Pro Magazine. As well as classes, I also attend as many industry shows as possible to stay on top of
the current styles and trends. My core values are personal and professional growth - I am always learning and developing myself

Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without
giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and
clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I work to a schedule and arriving late will reduce the time
available for your service. I regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for
clients arriving more than 15 minutes late but I will, wherever possible, adapt
the service to the time available although the full cost will be incurred.
