Lourdes There were not many salons that offered, above all, an experience. Whether thick or thin, short or long a person’s hair tells a story.
In 1980, in the City by the Bay (Perth Amboy, NJ) there were not many beauty salons that only focused on the ethno-centric hair of the many young women that populated its homes.
