We're all smiles over here. Especially before classes starts and then after. I can't guarantee you will be smiling the whole time, but I know you will love how you feel afterwards. Who knows, maybe you smile while you plank or go upside down. We're here for you. I know you wanna be as happy as Rashanda and Valeria. This is what 48 and 67 classes looks like.

New Teacher Alert! I'd like to introduce everyone to Josh! Some of you may know him from his days teaching Lagree. Josh is 2 months out of finishing his comprehensive certification with Balanced Body. He is so kind, so friendly, welcoming and loves to gab. Him and Francesca are gonna be match made in heaven! Josh is great at making sure everyone feels successful while still trying to push you just a bit. He loves Pilates and wants everyone else to feel that love. And maybe a little burn. You can see Josh Monday nights at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm and Friday mornings at 9am and 10am. Welcome to the Monument Community, we are so grateful to have you!

It's that time again. Tower Week Y'all. This time we make a nod to Andrew and I's hospitality background. The amount of times Andrew has sold a High Life. If you've only worked on the Reformer, get into the studio this week to get some reps in on the Tower. If you've seen those people online flipping around on some huge piece of equipment with metal bars, that's called the Cadillac. The Tower is the exact same thing but with a smaller footprint. Tower Week Starts Monday! Andrew has been killing it when it comes to finding artists to design our monthly Tower Week shirts. Week 4 was designed by a tattoo artist. They crushed it.

Mr. Pilates was a boxer and rumor has it he opened his NY studio close to Madison Square Garden to hopefully be able to work with boxers. May not be true, but the fact that he did box and that he loved boxing is. See you on the Tower this week.

Pilates is here. It's popular. If you haven't tried it yet, it can be overwhelming to walk into a studio for the first time. At Monument Pilates, community and Pilates go hand in hand. We are here to help you get started.

We have two intro offers for joining classes ASAP. If you can make it to at least 2 classes per week, snag the $99 for 2 Weeks Unlimited. If your schedule makes that difficult and coming once a week would be a great start and something you can actually do, snag the $99 for 4 classes to be used in a month. Both of these don't start until you book your first class. So get it now and book those classes in the future if you're busy for the next week or two.

Are you feeling really nervous, or do you have some pain or body stuff going on? We also have a Private Session Intro Package. 3 privates for the price of 2 ($190). In these sessions we can introduce Pilates to you at your speed. We will make sure you are ready to jump into classes feeling more confident.

While we don't offer a free first class (we love our instructors and pay them for all their time), if you join us for a 12 Month Membership before your Intro is over we will make that Intro free. We will credit that towards your first month. And Andrew is known to up the ante on that.

We have so much love for this small but mighty invention by Mr. Pilates. The Wunda Chair is small in footprint but big in abilities. It's really good at challenging you at all angles. The pedal is there to challenge you with its open and closing. The springs are able to challenge or assist you. This is the place to learn that heavier springs are often an assist. You need some help on the chair, raise that spring.

I spent my private Pilates session today using the chair to help me find my legs. When I use the Wunda Chair to wake up my back body (think glutes and hammies), my back feels ready to take on the day. I'm a huge fan of the Standing Pumping exercises both for balance but for some solid strengthening. The Cross Over Pumping is a particular favorite. Hint Hint, Monument Members.

Meet your teacher! Victoria came to us by way of Russia. She trained at the Vaganova Ballet Academy, which you know anything about Ballet, you know about Russia and you know about their schools. Hard core. We are lucky to have her detailed eye on our team. Don't be surprised if you leave her chair classes and have a hard time walking with trembling legs! You can catch Victoria Wednesday and Sunday mornings!

What are weekends for? Carving out time for yourself and a reset. We all know that moving your body is good for both overall body and mind health. But when you add resistance and community the benefits just continue. ⁠
