Bobby Mack & Co Hair Studio

This month marks 10 years since I opened Bobby Mack and Co. What a journey it has been! I am so grateful for every person who has been part of it: my family, my team, and of course, my incredible clients. You have each played a role in making my dream a reality.

Over the past decade, we have weathered a pandemic, team changes, and personal hurdles, and today I stand prouder than ever. It has not always been easy, but it has been so worth it.

Two years ago, I made the leap to New York City, not just for a change of scenery, but to challenge myself, meet new people, and bring fresh energy back into my brand.

Today, I split my time between Philly and New York, seeing clients at the Philadelphia studio Tuesday through Thursday (10 AM to 7 PM) and working remotely on coaching, brand growth, and salon development Mondays and Fridays. I have also expanded services into New York once a month. But Philly will always have my heart. Our studio is, and always will be, my home base.

Finding this balance has fueled my creativity and allowed me to fully show up for my family, team, clients, and passion projects.

If there is one major lesson I have learned, it is that more is not always better. My top priority is creating personalized, meaningful experiences for every client, and that will never change.

A special thank you to my mom, Tina, who has been my rock through it all. If you know me, you know how much of my heart she holds.

Cheers to 10 years of passion, purpose, and perseverance. Here is to an even brighter decade ahead. Thank you for being part of my story.

Toned it down for winter, now turning it up for spring.

Yes, you can totally get balayage with short hair! I know, I know, I tend to showcase long hair since it really shows off dimensional color. But! Dimensional color is for every length.

With a slight base color shift and some subtle balayage, this textured lob seriously comes to life.

To create this effortless balayage-inspired hair color, I chose to work with a high-lift color, which allows a bleach-free process. This means little to no fading with minimal maintenance!

Understanding color pigments and a deep hair analysis allows me to customize the outcome for each client completely.

When booking an appointment, a large part of that financial investment is having a colorist who understands your hair, lifestyle, and skin tones.
