Soul Sweat was intended to be a community fitness class for all, men. women. trans. whomever. What’s it’s turned into is a sacred hour for adult women, 20 to 60+ to exchange together and just be.
We don’t often get these moments or these spaces just for us. It’s special and important to take advantage of this when it’s accessible. Please share about this class with a woman you know could use this hour of wellness and fun and good energy exchange. We give thanks for the love and support in all the ways it’s shown to us.

How many women could use a safe space to decompress? Just relax relate and release in the company of other women who need to do the same. We crack up. We push thru. We fellowship. Soul Sweat is a great time for your body and spirit. Please, join us. The more the merrier for real. It’s all love (& wellness).

This coming Saturday is our last weekend class. Soul Sweat returns to Wednesday evenings at 7pm in May. Join us for an hour of choreographed fitness and yoga flow. Registration link in our bio.
