Today was an in and out kind of day
I really didn’t feel like going to the gym and working out
I had so many excuses and some good ones too 😂
But I pushed myself anyway
I did a good strong 25 minutes of the treadmill only and went on bout my business
Moral of the story is , even if you can’t do it all … Do something‼️
Self mastery is centered around Consistency

My walk was a success
I had to come home and take a muscle relaxer because of the tension in my shoulders but other than that my walk was lit
So… I observed and looked inside about 4/5 buildings that were rent , they were some nice situations! I will share those videos later
I also found a new flavor of protein shake that I really liked by - strawberry banana 🍌 omg can u say delish 🤤
