Barbering was the first thing I truly dedicated myself too.
Self teaching and mastering a craft early on laid a foundation for me that expanded into so many other facets of my life.
10/10 Recommend all young men to pick a trade in high school.
Learning your trade and gym from 18-22 🔁
Give it your all, make some good money, and then if you wanna go $50,000+ in debt for a job that pays the same or less — or follow your dreams of college is needed, then go do that.
Night Owls.. The “Wolves” chronotype are a rare chronotype but very real.
These people’s productivity peaks late at night, a flow state emerges.
If you’re someone with extreme brain fog during the day, and find yourself lucid at night consider optimizing for that.
High IQ or Gifted Individuals are very likely to fall under this chronotype.
It’s not always a preference, sometimes it’s hard wiring. If your discipline is on 100 but you can just can’t pull it together when it’s light out, try to optimize for night work and see if it helps.
On top of my 40+ hours barbering per week I cram into 3 days 🥹
