We specialize in the latest cuts, texturizing, color and finishing services to fit your individual a STRICT 24-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE ENFORCED. Thank you.
Please understand that when you forget/cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time, and accommodate clients on our waiting list. As a courtesy, our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via e-mail or SMS. However, if the confirmation does not reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. When booking, you will be asked to reserve your appointment with a credit card. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be subject to a 50% fee of your scheduled treatment, unless we are able to fill that appointment time. No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. Showing 15 minutes late can be considered a No-Show. After two late arrivals or two no-shows, your next service will need to be pre-paid in full before setting up your next appointment.
Hey there! Just wanted to give you a heads up on some changes I'll be making to streamline my appointment booking process. Moving forward, I'll only be scheduling appointments through my scheduling app. It's super easy for you to pick a convenient day and time, and it helps me stay on track during my work day.
I'll still be reachable via text, but I'll send you a link to schedule your appointment directly through the app. This way, I can keep my focus on providing the best service possible.
In terms of payment, I'll continue to accept cash, checks, and credit cards. However, I'll need to add a small percentage to credit card transactions to cover the fees.
Thanks for understanding these changes, and I look forward to seeing you at your next appointment! đź’•
