✨Neutralizer contains both acid & acid base indicator-(phenolphthalein) which turns PINK/MAGENTA in (high ph) conditions-typically above ph8.2💔

✨This shows me that relaxer is present on the synthetic hair I used as a test 👀. This is a CHEMICAL OVERLOAD🧐
