Here’s the thing about me as a hairstylist (and human being in general) I’m never going to pressure you into changing your hair.

My girl was BLONDE for years and we have talked about diving into more natural looks for a long time.

Over the years we slowly transitioned into this look with low lights and shadow roots, but still remaining blonde.

Well today was the day we took the leap and I’m obsessed.

I had the MOST fun this past weekend styling hair for .collective.
collective is a mobile boutique for gals who love color and fun💕

new hair days feel like Christmas allllllll year round ✨

To freshen up for spring we did a partial highlight + two rows of hidden genius wefts using 3 different colors.

Why three colors you ask? Because no blonde is one solid color. When you see someone with one color of blonde in their extensions you go “oh they have extensions” that is NEVVVVER the goal.

So when you sit down in my chair for a consultation you will notice I’ll pull multiple different shades of hair. It may seem like “woah that looks too dark or too light” but when you trust the processes it all works ✨

— except for the 6ers been trusting that process too long if I do say so myself 😂

One of my favorite ways to use extensions is to “fill in the gaps”

You know when you look at your hair and then ends are see through? Extensions can solve that problem for you!

Here I did k-tips. I really really love k-tips for this purpose. K-tips are a very low maintenance hair extension that gives you 360 degrees of mobility. So, they are perfect if you work out alot or want to wear your hair in high pony tails!

I could kick myself for not taking a before picture but we did a full head of teasy-lights & tipped out all of her ends. This was not a quick in and out appointment. I always like to tell people that when we are going for a dramatic change to give yourself the time, plus it’s fun hanging out together 🥰
