Unity Yoga
At Unity Yoga, we believe in the healing and transformative power of community and connection for all individuals.
We are guided by the vision of a world with no barriers to health and wellness, where all are welcome and celebrated for their diversity. A community for hope, inspiration, and wisdom of the yogi and recovery lifestyles.
✨ “What happens after the 200-hour?” Anne is answering one of our most common questions.
By the end of our training, you’ll be able to confidently sequence a class, cue asana with clarity, hold space for others, and step into any studio ready to teach.
But here’s what we’ve discovered over the years…
Many of our graduates choose to stay at Unity. 💚
Why? Because graduation isn’t the end—it’s the beginning. We offer a summer mentorship, continued education, opportunities to assist trainings, lead retreats, deepen your teaching, and continue growing in community. If your dream is to teach, we’ll help you build the skills and confidence to do just that.
And if you’re a therapist, social worker, counselor, or helping professional, our 200-hour is also approved for continuing education credits. Many clinicians are able to use professional development funds or treat the training as a business expense—check with your accountant or employer to see what applies to you.
Whether you’re called to teach, deepen your own practice, or bring nervous system-informed yoga into your clinical work, we’d love to walk alongside you.
Applications are open now. Come grow with us. 🌿

✨ Therapists, social workers, counselors, healthcare professionals, and healing practitioners—this one’s for you.
Did you know that licensed therapists are required to complete Continuing Education (CE) to maintain their license? CEs help us stay current with research, expand our clinical skills, and continue growing as ethical, effective clinicians.
As an approved CE provider, we’re honored to offer opportunities that bridge nervous system science, yoga, somatics, and trauma-informed care.
Here’s how our offerings are different:
🧘 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Designed for those who want to become yoga teachers and confidently lead classes. You’ll build a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, cueing, sequencing, and teaching methodology—all through a trauma-informed lens. Continuing Education credits are included for eligible licensed professionals.
🌿 300-Hour Therapeutic Training (No 200-hour required!)
Created for therapists and professionals who want a deeper understanding of trauma, the nervous system, subtle body maps, regulation, and therapeutic application. Whether you plan to teach or simply bring these tools into your clinical work, this training is designed to transform the way you understand healing. Applications are now open.
💛 The Regulated Therapist | July 28
Our next CE event explores thresholds and transitions—the moments between sessions, roles, and responsibilities where regulation can be lost or restored. Join us for practical tools you can use immediately in your work and your own life. Lunch is included, because therapists deserve to be cared for, too.
Healing professionals spend so much time caring for others. We believe your education should also care for you.
Questions about which offering is the best fit? We’d love to help you find the right path.

🍂 Relax. Restore. Renew.
As the leaves begin to change and the pace of life naturally slows, we invite you to celebrate the season—and yourself.
Join Brittany and Sammy for our annual River Mountain Retreat, October 22–25, 2026, for a weekend dedicated to rest, connection, and returning to what matters most.
Together we’ll move through daily yoga, gather around campfires, enjoy s’mores under the stars, take in the beauty of the fall foliage, and create space to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the land that holds us.
This retreat isn’t about doing more. It’s about remembering how good it feels to simply be.
🍁 Relax your body.
🍁 Restore your nervous system.
🍁 Renew your spirit.
Whether you’re joining with a friend or coming on your own, you’ll be welcomed into a community that values presence, kindness, laughter, and slowing down.

What if your biggest plan this fall was simply… to slow down?
Imagine waking up to crisp mountain air, practicing yoga surrounded by the colors of October, lingering over coffee with new friends, spending the afternoon hiking or reading, and ending the day around a campfire with laughter, s’mores, and the kind of conversations that remind you what matters.
Our annual River Mountain Retreat is one of our favorite weekends of the year—not because it’s packed with activities, but because it creates space to breathe.
🍂 October 22–25, 2026
🍂 Daily yoga with Brittany & Sammy
🍂 Gentle hikes and fall foliage
🍂 Campfires & s’mores
🍂 Time to rest, reconnect, and simply be
Whether you’re coming with a friend or arriving solo, you’ll leave with a full heart, a regulated nervous system, and memories that last far beyond the weekend.
If your soul has been asking for a pause, this is your invitation.
Registration is now open. We’d love to spend the weekend with you. 💚

Meet Unwind ✨
Our newest class bucket is built around one simple promise: you’ll leave feeling better than when you arrived.
Unwind is the evolution of classes you may have known as Expand & Restore, Level 1 + Reiki, and other gentle, therapeutic offerings that have become beloved parts of our community. These classes are designed to help you settle your nervous system, soften the edges of a busy day, and reconnect with yourself.
Think gentle movement, restorative practices, somatics, Reiki, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and the unique gifts each teacher brings to the room. Rather than one specific format, Unwind is a collection of classes united by a shared intention: helping you feel more grounded, more relaxed, more regulated, and more at ease.
Whether you’re coming after work, after a long week, or simply because life feels a little too loud, Unwind is your invitation to slow down.
Our teachers have thoughtfully crafted these experiences around their passions, strengths, and expertise in helping students calm the body and soothe the mind.
✨ Better sleep.
✨ Less stress.
✨ More ease.
✨ More you.
Unwind launches with our new summer schedule beginning July 6.
Come unwind with us. 💚

Eight years ago, I graduated from my 200-hour yoga teacher training.
Unlike many teachers, I actually did have a vision.
I wanted to bring yoga and mental health into deeper conversation with one another. I wanted to create spaces where people could heal, regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and find community. I wanted yoga to be accessible to people navigating recovery, grief, trauma, burnout, and life’s inevitable challenges.
What I didn’t know was exactly how that vision would unfold.
I didn’t know there would be studios.
I didn’t know there would be teacher trainings.
I didn’t know there would be recovery programs, retreats, community classes, or that I would eventually become a therapist.
But the thread was always there.
Looking at this photo, I’m reminded that sometimes the most important thing isn’t having the entire plan. It’s having a clear enough vision to take the next step and then the next one after that.
Eight years later, I’m still learning, still practicing, and still committed to the same question:
How do we help people suffer a little less and feel a little more at home in themselves?
For everyone currently in training, considering training, or wondering where your path might lead—keep going. You don’t need to see the whole road to begin walking it.
What comes after the 200-hour?
For many teachers, the 200-hour is where the journey begins. You learn how to sequence a class, teach safely, and understand the foundations of yoga.
But eventually, a new set of questions emerges.
How do we work with the nervous system?
How do we support students through grief, burnout, recovery, trauma, and life’s inevitable transitions?
How do we become the kind of teachers who can hold space with confidence, clarity, and compassion?
Our 300-Hour Sacred Leadership Program is designed for yoga teachers who want to go deeper.
Together we’ll explore:
✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Trauma-informed teaching
✨ Therapeutic touch
✨ Recovery Yoga
✨ Ethics and leadership
✨ Subtle body frameworks
✨ Mentorship and personal practice
This program is for the teacher who knows there is more to learn—not just about yoga, but about being human.
Applications are now open for our September 2026 cohort.
If you’ve been wondering what’s next, let’s talk.
💚 Schedule a conversation with Arielle to learn more.
